In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director, Data Analytics on analytics projects including presentations and statistical testing.
• Develop and deliver consolidated metrics and reports with team and stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven insights to management, outlining business challenges and offering recommendations.
• Facilitate ad hoc reporting and encourage self-service and automation.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with a focus on data centralization and automation.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in reporting and analytics.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
