SGI Global, LLC is in search of a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. The role is designed to support operational decision-making through key data insights within the public sector. The incumbent will lead efforts in data strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and best practice implementation to enhance analytical outcomes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develops and implements efficient data analysis and collection systems.
• Manages and enhances reporting systems while conducting complex analyses.
• Educates and trains on analysis, issues identification, risk assessment, and decision processes.
• Consults and provides analytical services to leadership while mentoring junior analysts.
• Defines and populates data models.
• Leads research planning, management, implementation, and analysis aligned with strategy.
• Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support evaluation efforts.
