The Share Foundation's Life Touch Hospice is looking for a Data Analyst to manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for project activities tied to the PFS Grant. This role involves closely coordinating with the Adult Prevention Director and Recovery Coordinator to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Prevention Director and Recovery Coordinator to design and implement tracking mechanisms and analytics.
  • Develop tracking systems using spreadsheets, notes, forms, sign-in sheets, and other documentation methods.
  • Manage data collection that affects performance measurements, reviews, audits, and reporting.
  • Ensure proper data collection protocols are followed by grant employees, partners, and volunteers.
  • Gather and input data from activities and events into the data software system.
  • Develop a Needs Assessment with the Prevention Director and analyze the results.
  • Ensure data storage, protection, and access permissions meet grant oversight requirements.
  • Attend grant meetings and present data collection findings.
  • Submit monthly data reports to the Prevention Director for Board of Director meetings.
  • Maintain contact with partners to ensure data compliance, and report noncompliance to the Prevention Director.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-5 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain data to supervisors and partners

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Position requires sedentary work with occasional lifting. It is considered Safety Sensitive under Arkansas laws pertaining to marijuana use for medicinal purposes. The role requires working in a state of constant alertness to avoid risks. The position is funded by an external grant, which may lead to termination if funding ceases. Compliance with non-discrimination policies is mandatory.
