The Data Scientist role is essential for enhancing Sharecare's ability to measure outcomes and value from its health products, utilizing a range of health, financial, and quality data.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze various data sources including medical and pharmacy claims, self-reported data, and lab data
• Develop data-driven insights and predictive models using healthcare data
• Prepare and clean data for analysis, and produce data quality reports
• Design operational reports for clinical programs on a weekly or monthly basis
• Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to enhance member engagement and outcomes reporting
• Work with data engineering to automate data analysis processes and reporting

This role requires you to have:

• Proficiency in Python and Jupyter Notebooks
• Experience in statistics, statistical methods, data science, and ML methodologies
• Experience with ML and deep learning tools like PyTorch, XGBoost, sk-learn
• Ability to develop and improve predictive models

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with SQL
• Proficiency with visualization tools like Matplotlib, Bokeh, Streamlit
• Master's/PhD in biostatistics or healthcare data analytics
• Familiarity with healthcare coding systems (ICD10, CPT, NDC)
