SHINEHIRE is seeking a Data Engineer to join its team, leveraging Oracle expertise to design and enhance proprietary software applications. The role is essential for maintaining and improving software modules, working closely with multiple stakeholders. The team aims to deliver high-quality, on-time results while supporting ongoing system efficiencies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and leads to support software development.
• Enhance custom Oracle packages, stored procedures, and other components.
• Generate ad hoc reports and scripts as needed.
• Automate and optimize internal processes.
• Participate in code reviews ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Develop efficient, testable, and sustainable code.
• Create reusable modules and libraries.
• Engage with distributed teams to ensure synchrony and effectiveness.
• Support batch processing through rotating weekly shifts.

This role requires you to have:

• 10+ years of Oracle Database Development experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL coding.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Unit and integration testing expertise.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
• SQL performance optimization over large datasets.
• Proficiency in dynamic SQL, BULK operations, and ETL functions.

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports.
• UI PHP object-oriented programming experience.
• Understanding of AWS technologies.
