In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Optimize data efficiency using databases and analytics tools.
• Translate insurance data into accessible information.
• Analyze data to uncover discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Conduct data queries to identify developing business trends.
• Maintain strong knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and denials.
• Ensure report accuracy through benchmarking and peer review.
• Execute ad-hoc reporting and analytics tasks as needed.
• Serve as a data steward ensuring data integrity and addressing anomalies.
• Interpret data for internal stakeholders and offer actionable insights.

This role requires you to have:

• 5 years of patient financial services experience
• Knowledge of expected reimbursement and contract management
• Expertise in 3rd party insurance, billing, and collections
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and validation
• High School Diploma or GED

You would benefit from having:

• 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience with Cerner or Epic
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
