In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Optimize data efficiency using databases and analytics tools.
- Translate insurance data into accessible information.
- Analyze data to uncover discrepancies and recommend improvements.
- Conduct data queries to identify developing business trends.
- Maintain strong knowledge of insurance billing, collections, and denials.
- Ensure report accuracy through benchmarking and peer review.
- Execute ad-hoc reporting and analytics tasks as needed.
- Serve as a data steward ensuring data integrity and addressing anomalies.
- Interpret data for internal stakeholders and offer actionable insights.

This role requires you to have:
- 5 years of patient financial services experience
- Knowledge of expected reimbursement and contract management
- Expertise in 3rd party insurance, billing, and collections
- Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and validation
- High School Diploma or GED
You would benefit from having:
- 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Cerner or Epic
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
