Simone International, a leading Wine & Spirits importer and distributor based in Wayne, NJ, is seeking a Data Analyst. This role is vital in analyzing data to support business growth and efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to enhance data strategies.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends and insights.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial data extraction and interpretation.
- Create pivot tables, graphs, and dashboards in Excel.
- Develop reports to aid in decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and manage large datasets.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

This role requires you to have:
- 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent experience
