In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets related to customer success metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Track and analyze customer support interactions with Zendesk.
• Understand customer churn details to improve retention.
• Utilize Customer Success Management software like Gainsight or Churnzero.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer experience improvements.
• Present analysis findings to senior management.
• Mentor junior analysts on best data analysis practices.
