In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze changes in audience and revenue patterns to recommend growth actions.
• Identify trends on social media to explore content opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports on social and audio operations.
• Communicate fluently across digital, social, podcasts, and other divisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics.
• Assist in creating visual data assets for sales and internal reports.
• Highlight data-supported growth opportunities to production teams.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform capabilities.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, business, journalism or related field.
• Experience as a data analyst or similar role in a media company.
• Proficient in analytical tools with strong data analysis skills.
• Expertise in using social analytics and APIs from major platforms.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills.
