In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Conduct legal and market research for product development.
• Assess and authorize commercial property and casualty policy forms.
• Aid operational and compliance projects, managing records for filings and state inquiries.
• Support product-related regulatory compliance for Program Administrators and MGAs.
• Produce and share high-quality internal and external communication related to product development.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years in the P&C Insurance Industry.
• Experience with policy drafting, technical writing, or copy editing.
• Proficiency in SERFF, ISOnet, and state approval processes.
• Competent in making decisions with limited information.
• Experienced in developing underwriting rules and insurance regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Remote working skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
