In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze various product metrics including customer feedback and usage data.
• Collaborate with product managers to manage product ratings and net promoter scores.
• Conduct data research on customer product interactions and assist in KPI definition.
• Develop and refine reporting frameworks for periodic reviews and strategic planning.
• Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy and work with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to data requests to support strategic decision-making.
• Train team members to access data independently.

This role requires you to have:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Pendo, Heap, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in data visualization with tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Excellent communication skills for complex data reporting
