The company is hiring its first Product Data Analyst to support various teams through data analysis, reporting, and self-service tools.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Partner with various teams to identify data needs and methodologies.
• Lead data projects independently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collect, structure, and interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards to communicate performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain data models to support business functions.
• Utilize data tools like Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase for management and analysis.
• Automate processes and optimize data delivery.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years in a data analyst role
• 2+ years with large datasets and enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Expert in SQL
• Familiarity with data tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Metabase
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven project management skills with a focus on autonomy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this role is $120K-140K based on experience and applies to both Colorado- and California-based candidates.
