The analyst will work with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable analytics that aid in decision-making processes.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop analytical solutions to support key initiatives with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor product lines and assess success metrics through dashboards.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Apply statistical methods and advanced analytical techniques for business challenges.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting audits and ensuring dataset accuracy.
• Create dashboards and reports to assist executives in decision-making.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Information Management to automate processes and improve efficiency.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum three years experience in healthcare claims data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and database management
• Experience with SQL (2-3 years) and healthcare claims (2-3 years)

• Experience with statistical software like R or Python
