This role focuses on identifying payment anomalies in healthcare claims data. The Data Analyst II will be part of a team that combines analytics with strategic business insights, aiming to offer actionable recommendations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Understand key organizational initiatives and provide analytical solutions.
• Monitor product lines and ensure the success of models and dashboards.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Apply statistical methods and advanced analytics for business predictions.
• Conduct data integrity audits and ensure dataset accuracy.
• Develop dashboards for decision-making and work with stakeholders on strategic projects.
• Prepare on-demand analyses and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities in data processes and improve workflows.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience with healthcare claims data.
• Proficiency in SQL with 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive analysis.

You would benefit from having:

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Familiarity with R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
