In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Understand key organizational initiatives and provide analytical solutions.
- Monitor product lines and ensure the success of models and dashboards.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Apply statistical methods and advanced analytics for business predictions.
- Conduct data integrity audits and ensure dataset accuracy.
- Develop dashboards for decision-making and work with stakeholders on strategic projects.
- Prepare on-demand analyses and deliver insights to stakeholders.
- Identify automation opportunities in data processes and improve workflows.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience with healthcare claims data.
- Proficiency in SQL with 2-3 years of experience.
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive analysis.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Familiarity with R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
