In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and design metrics to analyze product usage and influence strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Outcomes and Customer Success teams to deliver insights and drive impact.
- Develop analytics solutions and engagement strategies to identify improvements and showcase value to customers.
- Use machine learning and AI techniques to predict customer behaviors and make actionable recommendations.
- Lead the entire analytics process from data understanding to automated reporting and visualization.
- Present analytics results to senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Advise on and lead strategic projects, guiding team participants.
- Research and implement advanced machine learning, NLP techniques, and AI-driven analytics.
- Lead research on new tools and technologies within the team.
- Mentor and develop junior BI team members.
