This role in Wilmington, NC, involves significant data work in the Finance Data Analytics department. The position aims to develop predictive models and collaborate across business functions to drive impactful decisions and improvements.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create predictive analytics models using advanced statistical methods and machine learning.
• Develop reports and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI and other tools.
• Utilize scripting tools like Python, R, and SQL for process automation.
• Conduct training sessions on tools and report usage.
• Effectively communicate analysis methodologies and insights to stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and convey findings to management.
• Continuously seek to enhance processes and data integrity.
• Provide detailed analytical reports to support operational results and strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed about cutting-edge technologies in the industry.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with machine learning, statistics, NLP, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in data processing and large-scale data presentation.
• Ability to design experiments and infer causal relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative skills.
• Experience with Python, Pandas, Numpy, and Jupyter Notebooks.
