SOFT, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst to join their client's Third Party Licensing team in Syracuse, NY. The role focuses on managing 3rd Party Attachment policies and works under the guidance of the NY Third Party Licensing and Outdoor Lighting Manager.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers on application lifecycle and project status.
• Understand standards, attachment licenses, and legislation.
• Perform regulatory reporting on 3rd Party Attachments.
• Coordinate with Design Engineering.
• Manage joint ownership relationships with other pole owners.
• Assist in customer billing and revenue reconciliation.
• Develop and report on performance indicators for workflow management, revenue reconciliation, project budget, cost, and schedule performance, and application lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management/Technology, or 1-3 years of qualifying experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
