In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Facilitate Joint Application Design sessions and gather customer feedback.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Create change requests per set policies.
• Draft user stories and requirement documents.
• Utilize agile methodologies for project delivery.
• Communicate with teams and stakeholders to provide clear information.
• Work with development and testing teams to implement requirements.
• Support change control processes to manage project scope.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product or business analysis, particularly in agile environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet.
• Manual testing of software products.
• Expertise with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack.
• Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly Medicare & Medicaid.

You would benefit from having:
