In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Facilitate Joint Application Design sessions and gather customer feedback.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Create change requests per set policies.
- Draft user stories and requirement documents.
- Utilize agile methodologies for project delivery.
- Communicate with teams and stakeholders to provide clear information.
- Work with development and testing teams to implement requirements.
- Support change control processes to manage project scope.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product or business analysis, particularly in agile environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet.
- Manual testing of software products.
- Expertise with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack.
- Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly Medicare & Medicaid.
You would benefit from having:
- Knowledge of flow charts and UML tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Creative and visionary problem-solving skills.
