In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance products using Agile methodologies.
  • Capture product requirements as user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct policy analysis to develop business requirements.
  • Facilitate product analysis sessions and engage in user research.
  • Oversee quality assurance activities and change requests.
  • Mentor junior analysts and serve as a backup product manager when necessary.
  • Deliver detailed project updates and collaborate on requirement definitions.

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in software agile delivery.
  • Experience as a product owner, business analyst, or product analyst.
  • 3+ years working with healthcare IT programs and payer data.

You would benefit from having:

  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid policies.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and EDI processing.
  • Agile certifications relevant to product roles.
