In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Analyze and structure large datasets to uncover patterns and insights.
- Assess workforce trends and gaps using military and credentialing data.
- Redefine business rules for occupational analysis and civilian pathways.
- Translate data findings into actionable business requirements.
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholder engagement.
- Extract and organize raw data from structured sources like SQL and APIs.
- Write complex SQL queries for relational databases.
- Apply statistical and predictive modeling using mathematical methods.
- Utilize Python or R for data manipulation and exploration.

This role requires you to have:
