SOLV Energy is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. The role focuses on helping the company make data-driven decisions by ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The candidate will work closely with various teams to meet data requirements and develop analytical models.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and document business and functional requirements
• Clean and process raw data from various sources
• Transform data for analysis
• Work with data engineers to understand data structures
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Uncover trends and insights through statistical analysis
• Maintain analytical models to support business decisions
• Create reports and presentations to share findings
• Develop visualizations to communicate insights
• Tailor visualizations to stakeholder needs
• Use storytelling to convey insights clearly
• Document and train users on data products
• Use tools like Excel, R, Python, or SQL for analysis
• Stay updated on analytical tools and technologies
• Recommend and implement new tools as needed
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Present findings to senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of data analysis experience
• Experience with large datasets
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
