In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Conduct day-to-day WRAP coordinator activities, including Multi-Day Assessment, Preschedule Day activities, and Real-Time support during Sharing Events
  • Monitor, support, and enhance applications used by WRAP ensuring accurate data input and results
  • Work with WRAP Participants for updates and changes
  • Assist in testing and implementing software changes for WRAP
  • Analyze and document events, suggesting process and software improvements
  • Develop, maintain, and improve WRAP applications and processes
  • Research, document, and report issues from stakeholders
  • Prepare and validate data, execute assessments for different operational days
  • Monitor WRAP systems and maintain result accuracy
  • Respond to unexpected capacity changes or events
  • Update WRAP models, including transmission paths and Resource Uncertainty
  • Adhere to and enforce SPP Policies and Procedures
  • Communicate with WRAP Participants and other involved parties
  • Assist with special projects as directed by Supervisor
  • Coach and train junior coordinators, developing their skills and expertise
  • Coordinate training documentation and scenarios with other teams
  • Update personnel on process and procedure changes and coordinate related training
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for WRAP-related processes and procedures

This role requires you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
  • 4+ to 6+ years of job-related experience depending on Coordinator level
  • Ability to independently handle complex tasks
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Project Management tools
  • Knowledge of and compliance with SPP Policies and Procedures

You would benefit from having:

  • Background in electric industry
  • Electric Utility Industry experience
  • NERC Certification
