In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Support efforts to enhance the customer experience
• Communicate data insights clearly to all company levels
• Promote best practices and support the use of BI capabilities for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with business partners to gather detailed requirements
• Create report mockups and coordinate with technical teams
• Understand data elements for various user needs
• Interact with senior management for support
• Document and recommend solutions for data issues
• Maintain metadata dictionaries and report definitions
• Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams
• Create and conduct testing plans for quality assurance
• Perform other duties as needed

This role requires you to have:

• Technical or business work experience
• Communication skills in English
• Experience in data-driven business impacts
• Beginner to intermediate statistical and SQL skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
