• Support efforts to improve and simplify customer experience.
• Analyze and maintain complex data for Charter's lines of business.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for team and executive use.
• Perform data mining to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Forecast business trends for product changes and feature launches.
• Act as day-to-day liaison for third-party reporting systems.
• Support product launches with data analysis and presentations.
