• Report on mandatory training for learners
• Support the development of monthly and quarterly macro-level reports
• Connect employee trends with learning data
• Meet project teams to drive business decisions with data analysis
• Maintain sustainable processes for reporting learner progression
• Develop custom reports in the learning management system
• Analyze large data sets and interpret results for learning impacts
• Lead exploratory data analyses for learning data sources
• Visualize and communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Develop reporting and insights for compliance training programs
• Create automated workflows and data visualizations
