Data Analyst II

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and work with Data Engineering to set up data sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and guide business strategy.
• Develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps to improve business processes.
• Implement and manage Power Automate workflows for system integration and data flow automation.
• Design interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure Power Platform solution security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide training on data analytics tools to promote data literacy in the organization.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to management.

This role requires you to have:

• 5+ years in data analysis and visualization with Tableau or Power BI.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with SQL and programming languages like Python or R.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
