In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Investigate payment discrepancies and identify financial risks.
• Resolve data inconsistencies and merchant configuration issues.
• Analyze merchant churn and use insights for improvement.
• Create reports to monitor payment revenue performance.
• Identify and rectify friction points in the payments platform.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a stable payments infrastructure.
