In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Fine-tune and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) for generative AI tasks.
• Optimize and enhance existing LLM training and serving processes.
• Collaborate and share insights with other modelers within the organization.
• Conduct research and experiments to evaluate and improve model performance.
• Resolve technical challenges during model training and deployment.
• Ensure high-quality standard delivery of products with product teams.

This role requires you to have:

• PhD in a related field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Experience with deep learning models including CNNs, RNNs, and transformer-based architectures.
• Proficiency in tokenization & embeddings, transfer learning, and predictive modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
