In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards for customers and internal teams.
• Explore and interpret various data sources to create solutions based on stakeholder needs.
• Enhance the storytelling of Spring Health's impact through data.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve standard reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.

This role requires you to have:

• Expertise in SQL and creating efficient queries.
• Over 5 years of experience in data visualization and tools like Looker, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
