The Senior Data Analyst role will assist the Member Experience team in optimizing their platform to support users in their mental health journeys.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance reporting for member metrics.
- Create dashboards for non-technical team members to assess trends.
- Work with data scientists to analyze key trends and their drivers.
- Provide data access and training to downstream teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data alignment across functions.
- Maintain core data models with the analytics engineering team.

This role requires you to have:
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with product teams and product analytics.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Looker or similar.
- Exceptional communication skills for non-technical audiences.

- Ability to navigate complex problem areas independently.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
