SRVS seeks a motivated HRIS Data Analyst to support their HRIS Analytics Manager in creating and optimizing data reports and dashboards with Power BI. This role is essential for producing accurate insights and supporting stakeholders company-wide. SRVS aims to improve HR data processes and maintain data integrity while fostering collaboration between teams.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Automate routine reports for near real-time reporting capabilities.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics.
• Review reports for data integrity issues and update the audit schedule.
• Conduct data governance and quality checks to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with HR teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Provide basic support and training on Power BI report usage.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives for HR reporting efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• 1-2 years experience in data reporting, preferably in HR.
