• Perform data abstraction and analysis for quality metrics and staffing processes in rehabilitation settings.
• Manage charge reconciliation and support regulatory processes involving IRF PAI data collection.
• Provide technical support and act as subject matter expert for relevant software applications.
• Analyze and coordinate rehab staffing practices, facilitating long-term staff forecasting and data management.
• Support leadership with administrative tasks and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management in accordance with specific guidelines.
