The Data Analyst will work within a dedicated three-person team to enhance the college's institutional effectiveness.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage research and data collection to assess student learning outcomes.
- Prepare, refine, analyze, and present research findings for various campus and accreditation needs.
- Assist with updating institutional resources like the Fact Book and OIE website, developing dashboards and visualizations.
- Manage data queries within the campus information system, including data extraction and reporting.
- Lead communication and branding strategies for the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
- Support scholarly research efforts across faculty, staff, and students.
- Engage in professional development to maintain expertise.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with Master's preferred.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases and report writing.
- Skills in web programming and data visualization.
- Experience fostering a diverse environment.
- Strong data management and analysis skills with R or equivalent software.
