The role involves handling millions of requests and making billions of decisions using cutting-edge technologies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Lead the development of advanced machine learning algorithms to improve advertising effectiveness.
• Manage the full cycle of production-grade ML models and work with Data Engineers for integration.
• Oversee the testing of algorithms using historical data and drive iterative improvements.

This role requires you to have:

• 3+ years of industry experience
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related fields
• Ability to break down ambiguously defined tasks
• Strong statistical, optimization, and machine learning knowledge
• Proficiency in coding, data structures, and algorithms
