This full-time, on-site position is suitable for individuals with two to five years of experience. The new team member will be tasked with using advanced data techniques to support strategic decision-making in sales and supply chain operations.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze sales and supply chain data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop predictive models and dashboards for business decision support.
• Collaborate with departments on data preparation, preprocessing, and insights.
• Enhance data collection processes to improve data usability.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data using Alteryx and Snowflake.
• Implement machine learning models for forecasts and supply chain optimization.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
• Monitor and refine model performance for accuracy and reliability.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics.
• Experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, sklearn) and SQL.
