In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance the reinsurance reporting process with accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reinsurance reports for stakeholders.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support business decision-making and develop predictive models.
• Identify and implement process improvements within data analytics functions.
• Design interactive dashboards with Power BI to visualize performance indicators.
• Serve as the Power BI subject matter expert and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven solutions.
• Lead multiple projects ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.

This role requires you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in reinsurance reporting or similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with complex data interpretation capabilities.
• Fluency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools.
