In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

  • Forecast future claim results and provide strategic insights.
  • Utilize business analytics software to uncover data trends and insights.
  • Provide context using business knowledge and share findings proactively.
  • Develop scenarios using historical data and statistical techniques.
  • Perform quick data analysis to answer business questions.
  • Communicate data analysis results through visualizations and reports.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand and communicate trends.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.

This role requires you to have:

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with programming languages like SQL, SAS, R, or Python
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

You would benefit from having:

  • Actuarial experience in reserving or pricing
  • Experience with AWS Cloud Platform and related tools
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. immediately; no sponsorship is offered. The role offers flexibility between remote and hybrid work based on location.
