In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Create, review, update, and communicate dashboards and reporting.
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Manage ServiceHub metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Validate, filter, and clean data to correct issues.
• Develop and execute a change strategy including stakeholder engagement.

This role requires you to have:

• Two years of experience as a Data Analyst in an Enterprise environment.

You would benefit from having:

• Three years experience as a Data Analyst with requirement solicitation.
• Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, Javascript, and ETL frameworks.
• Experience with performance analytics and reporting tools like Tableau and ServiceNow.
