In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Create, review, update, and communicate dashboards and reporting.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Manage ServiceHub metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Validate, filter, and clean data to correct issues.
- Develop and execute a change strategy including stakeholder engagement.

This role requires you to have:
- Two years of experience as a Data Analyst in an Enterprise environment.
You would benefit from having:
- Three years experience as a Data Analyst with requirement solicitation.
- Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, XML, Javascript, and ETL frameworks.
- Experience with performance analytics and reporting tools like Tableau and ServiceNow.
