Workforce Data Analyst - Part-time

The Department of Labor in Maine is seeking a Workforce Data Analyst to join their team. This role is integral to the Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (QCEW) program, which supports a comprehensive view of the labor market in the U.S. Working within the Center for Workforce Research and Information, team members inform the public on employment and economic conditions throughout the state.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Research business nature to assign industry codes to employer accounts.
• Communicate with employers to gather and verify data.
• Input and ensure quality of employer-supplied data.
• Analyze data for accuracy and integrity.
