TRACS Data Analyst - Housing Finance Paraprofessional, Senior

The State of Minnesota offers a vital role for a TRACS Data Analyst within its Housing Finance Agency, focusing on maintaining integrity in project-based rental assistance programs. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Review and approve monthly TRACS voucher and tenant data submissions.
• Analyze TRACS errors and determine their accuracy.
• Collaborate with staff and external customers to resolve income errors.
• Review owner repayment agreements for HUD compliance.
• Authorize payments for Section 8 Special Claims for non-payment issues.
• Assist external customers with gross rent change implementations.
• Provide technical assistance and training to external customers.
