DATA ANALYST II

The State of Rhode Island is looking for a Data Analyst II to join their Human Resources Division. The role involves managing data within the state's Enterprise Resource Plan, focusing on report generation, data insights, and system testing. The team is dedicated to supporting informed business decisions through effective data analysis.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports using ERP report writing tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting.
• Monitor report access and security compliance.
• Provide training and support to report end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Maintain and develop dashboards and visualization tools.
• Assist in testing system updates and fixes.
