In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for data collection and analysis to optimize procurement processes.
- Conduct research into procurement and industry topics.
- Interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques.
- Develop databases and data analysis strategies.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Present research findings to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze financial and contract data for the Central Procurement Office.
- Provide consultation on procurement strategy development.
- Collaborate with other teams within the Central Procurement Office.
- Maintain relationships with procurement staff and key vendors.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience.
- Two years of procurement experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Tableau and Oracle BI.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with large data sets.
