As part of the Alpha Data Service Operations team, this role is critical in delivering accurate and timely data solutions. The team supports a variety of data functions tailored to clients' needs in the financial services industry.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze client data requirements between benchmark data providers.
• Migrate clients from legacy systems to the new Alpha Data Hub.
• Reconcile and support benchmark indices across platforms.
• Monitor vendor data, identifying and resolving issues.
• Act as primary contact for client issue reporting and escalate as needed.
• Document client interactions and solutions provided.
• Conduct data coverage analysis for client service fit.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through quality assurance processes.
• Validate SQL automations for enhanced data coverage.
• Serve as liaison between data vendors and clients.
• Troubleshoot data issues with new vendor integrations.
• Contribute to service enhancements.
