In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from ServiceNow for service management reports.
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and validations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Create and distribute reports focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
- Monitor service delivery performance to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with IT teams to gather reporting requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources for cohesive reporting.
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and improvement.
- Maintain documentation for reports and train users on dashboards.
