Stefanini Brasil is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal for driving continuous service improvements by facilitating business reviews and employing volumetric and root-cause analysis. The analyst will work closely with global teams, focusing on performance insights and standardizing global reporting.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Facilitate monthly business reviews with client teams using volumetric and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports for performance insights.
• Create roadmaps for incident reduction to streamline problem and change management.
• Assist teams with version control and participate in JIRA tracking.
• Lead quarterly business review checks to empower directors' decision-making.
• Communicate results and recommendations of new initiatives against KPIs.
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC leaders for global reporting standardization.
• Partner with engineering teams to enhance ServiceDesk metrics and reduce costs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on client environments for ITIL-related improvements.
• Coordinate broadcasting of status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Train and mentor less-experienced team members.

This role requires you to have:

• 3-5 years experience in data or business analyst roles
• Six months experience with Service Desk or Deskside projects
• Comfortable presenting to executive leadership
• Proven ability in root cause analytics
• Familiarity with PowerBI and other visualization tools

You would benefit from having:

• ITIL foundations certificate
• PowerBI PL-300 certification

The role requires excellent communication skills in English, strong organizational abilities, and may necessitate additional project-specific training.
