This position is part of the I.D.E.A.S. team, working to analyze Medicaid data for improved healthcare outcomes and compliance with regulations. The team collaborates closely with state clients, offering diverse projects and a collaborative work environment. The Indianapolis Health practice includes over 215 professionals focused on serving Medicaid and human service agencies.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Collect and manage large datasets from various healthcare sources.
• Analyze Medicaid claims data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Develop analytical models using SQL, Databricks, and Python.
• Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and perform quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with business teams and support data-driven decision-making.
