StraCon Services Group, LLC is looking for a Data Analyst to participate in a multi-disciplinary team that enhances Naval Aviation readiness through IT solutions. This role involves working with a variety of web-enabled applications and databases, applying Agile principles to support operational excellence. Since 2008, StraCon has offered diverse technical services to the Department of Defense, grounded in a culture of individual empowerment and operational capability enhancement.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Analyze and review financial data from various systems and databases.
• Prepare data for loading into a data warehouse by processing data loads.
• Adjust data load schedules in response to maintenance and updates.
• Assist in report testing for accuracy before production release.
• Maintain job schedules and report execution issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve data load problems.
• Track production issues with detailed management processes.
• Participate in planning meetings and code reviews.
• Perform Configuration Management on software releases.

This role requires you to have:

• 1 year of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Financial data analysis experience
• Teamwork and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent written and communication skills

You would benefit from having:

• Knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Data
• Experience with SQL queries
• Familiarity with Jira and collaboration tools like SharePoint
• Experience with Oracle, Sybase, Teradata, SQLServer
