This position involves working in collaboration with multiple departments to guide users from onboarding to continuous engagement on the Strava platform. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Derive insights from data to enhance user journeys and improve user retention.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to inform strategies and decision-making.
• Guide experimentation practices through well-designed A/B tests.
• Assess and enhance data quality and tracking across products.
• Maintain critical analytical reporting and develop exploratory dashboards.
• Work alongside Strava's data organization to advance technological capabilities.

This role requires you to have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics, data science, or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as math, statistics, or data science.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge in experimentation and A/B testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with statistical programming languages like R or Python.
