SullivanCotter leverages data-driven insights and strategic solutions to empower health care and nonprofit organizations. This role, situated in the Survey business unit, focuses on managing and enhancing survey data activities to support client performance improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and team members to standardize methodologies and processes.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Engage in data cleaning and validation for compensation surveys using statistical software.
- Collaborate on report creation and analyses with survey managers.
- Support clients and survey participants regarding process inquiries.
- Perform quality assurance on compensation reports following guidelines.
- Develop workflows, charts, and dashboards using Alteryx, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Identify process improvements in workflows and automation.
- Lead complex reporting projects and build data models.
- Conduct training and create standardized training materials.
- Mentor junior analysts and lead ad hoc projects.

This role requires you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in statistical analysis or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Alteryx, R, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of ETL processes and cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
