• Improve core metrics such as fraud rate, incidents, and customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and monitor fraud strategies.
• Analyze data to identify new trends in fraud cases.
• Explore new data sources and partnerships to enhance fraud prevention.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and fraud risk policies.
• Manage process improvements within the fraud strategy domain.
• Maintain fraud dashboard to monitor loss rates.
• Prepare and communicate department reports and updates.
• Act as a subject matter expert in fraud management.
